What if I use a Gift Certificate to
purchase a multiple-item order and then return a portion of the order?
You will receive a Gift Certificate in return.
If the value of the returned items is greater than or equal to the
value of the Gift Certificate, you will receive the full Gift Certificate
value back. The difference will be credited to your original form of
payment.
If the value of your returned items is less than the value of your Gift Certificate,
your Gift Certificate will reflect only the value of the returned items.
What if I use a Gift Certificate to purchase a
multiple-item order and then cancel a portion of the order?
Your Gift Certificate will be applied to the next eligible item in your
cart.
Can I give my Gift Certificate to a friend?
Yes you can. Your friend will receive all credits and Gift Certificates for
items that are returned or cancelled.
