What do you offer for blank
products ? |
|
We offer blank brand name goods in hundreds of
styles and price ranges to accommodate any need. We have other
products that are not listed online that may be more specialized.
If you need something decorated, but cannot find the product online,
please call to inquire. We can most likely find it for you! |

How does the order process
work ? |
|
Once an order is placed it is review by our
highly trained staff members for accuracy. If we feel corrections
or improvements can or should be made, we will certainly recommend them
to you. Once your order is placed we will require either a 50%
deposit or payment in full depending on your account status. |

What types of decoration do
you use ? |
|
We decorate our products with the highest
quality silk screen printing inks, embroidery threads, vinyl, heat
transfer papers, and tackle twill material that is available to
us. Your orders are Shipped / Delivered right to your door. We ship
regularly with UPS. |

How competitive are your
prices ? |
|
Exceleron Sports competes nationally with some
of the highest ranked companies in the country. We have found that
our pricing is often 5% and up to 30% lower than other suppliers that
may be local to you or on the internet. With Exceleron Sports, we
include all the costs up front. There are no hidden or surprise
charges. |

How can I get a price quote ? |
|
You can get a price quote in multiple
ways. The fastest and easiest way is generally to price out a
particular item online either on the item detail pages or at the Online
Design Center. If you're having trouble, or dedicated staff would
be more than willing to generate a price quote for you, especially if
its a little more on the complicated side. Price quotes online
will update instantly for you to compare different options. |

Minimum
Order Questions |

What is your minimum order ? |
|
Exceleron Sports has a few minimums in place, depending on the type of item.
Most orders have a minimum of 24 pieces (shirts, hats, textiles), however there are some special products that have lower minimums as low as 6 pieces (briefcases, for example). Alternatively, there are some promotional products (pens, mugs, etc) that have minimums in the 100's of pieces range. Generally, the lower the cost per pieces, the higher the minimum can be. A pen that costs $0.13 per pen will most likely have a minimum order over 100 pieces whereas a briefcase that is $50.00 per briefcase may have a minimum of only 6 pieces. An average total order cost is usually around $200 - $400 per order. Please inquire about your specific order for the minimum on that item. |

Turnaround
Time Questions |

What is your turn around time
for standard orders ? |
|
For most orders, or standard production time
needed is at least 14 days (plus shipping time). Some orders can take longer depending on the decoration process you elect to use. For
example, tackle twill orders generally take between 4 and 8 weeks depending on the complexity. If you need a guaranteed ship date,
we offer guaranteed delivery for a small additional charge. |

Do you accept Rush Orders ? |
|
Absolutely! 7 Day (plus shipping time) rush orders are almost
always available for tee shirts. We also offer a SUPER RUSH
service most of the year (not during busy seasons) which will accommodate
deadlines shorter than 7 days (plus shipping time). For SUPER RUSH delivery, please
call to inquire about the status of our production department.
Rush orders and Super Rush orders will incur extra charges that are based on our current production schedule. |

Are your turn around times
quoted in real days or business days ? |
|
Every order is quoted in real days and not
business days. The only exception is National Holidays. Also, please be sure to incorporate shipping times into your timeframe which are not quoted. |

Do you offer a guarantee ? |

Exceleron Sports combines the dedication of
hard working staff reviewing each order along with the complexity of
state of the art computer systems that insures the highest accuracy in
your order. If you have a defective product, we will gladly
replace the items as long as you provide us with the defective product
so we can evaluate it to help better our future business. |

accept ? |

Credit or Debit Card - Payments are securely
transmitted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology or can be
done over the phone with our dedicated customer service staff.
Visa, MasterCard and Diners Club Cards are all accepted at no additional cost to you.
American Express and Discover cards are also accepted, however a fee of 2.9% + $0.30 is added for payments from these sources. |

Check - If you prefer to mail

Purchase Order - Exceleron Sports offers
payment via Purchase Orders as a convenience exclusively for qualified
institutions, such as universities, government entities, and large
corporations with established PO systems. You may checkout using the purchase order option but
we must receive your PO via fax before we can begin processing your order. Generally using a purchase order will disqualify
your organization from many of our cost savings programs - i.e. most free shipping programs are excluded when using purchase orders.
