Do you serve customers outside Canandaigua?

Can I visit a showroom or pick up an order?
We do not have a public showroom or offer in-store pickup. Orders are arranged by phone or email and shipped to your address, including for local customers.
What is the minimum order?
Most apparel and headwear orders start at 24 pieces. Some higher-value items can have lower minimums, while promotional products may require much larger quantities. We confirm the minimum for the specific item and decoration.
How long does a standard order take?
Plan on at least 14 days for most standard production, plus shipping. Complex work can take longer. Tackle twill often needs roughly four to eight weeks. Confirm the actual production and transit schedule before placing your order.
