Choose the style before collecting sizes
Two shirts labeled “large” may have different measurements. Select the product style, share its size chart, and have recipients choose against that chart. Separate adult, youth, and other cuts in the final order.
Use one final list
Keep the approved quantities in one place. For each row, record the garment style, garment color, size, quantity, and any individual name or number. Review duplicates and totals before sending the list.
Check personalization carefully
If the project includes names, numbers, or other individual details, proof them with the recipients before approval. Distinguish letters from numbers, preserve intended capitalization, and identify which item receives each detail.
Plan for different artwork sizes
A large adult graphic may not fit a youth shirt or the front of a small hoodie. Include the smallest garment size and any unusual placements so a second artwork size can be reviewed.
Think about distribution
Tell us if items should be sorted by team, department, or destination. Bagging, labeling, and sorting are easiest to plan before production. For multiple deliveries, include a final destination list and exact quantities for each shipment.
