Choose for the way it will be worn

Start with the wearer and use. An event giveaway, weekly uniform, athletic warmup, and premium staff gift put different demands on feel, weight, fit, and care. There is no single best fabric for every order.

02

Cotton & cotton blends

Cotton provides a familiar feel for T-shirts and casual apparel. Blends change softness, drape, shrinkage behavior, and durability depending on the construction. Review the actual product specification and care guidance rather than judging by the fabric name alone.

03

Performance materials

Polyester and other technical fabrics can be useful for active use. Some garments require particular inks or temperatures to manage dye migration or heat sensitivity. Share the exact product style before assuming an existing decoration setup will carry over.

04

Fleece & outerwear

Fabric thickness, stretch, pile, linings, and surface coatings all influence decoration. A lightweight fleece and a technical shell do not behave like a basic cotton tee. Embroidery size and density should respect the garment.

05

Fit is its own decision

Fabric composition does not tell you the fit. Use the manufacturer’s size chart for the exact style. Adult, youth, ladies’, unisex, and other cuts can differ even when the size labels appear identical. Ask about current styles before collecting final sizes.
